"The decision to move the game time was made after consultation with the National Weather Service and local authorities," the NFL said in a statement. "The safety of our fans, players, and staff is our top priority." The game will be televised on NFL Network. This is the second time this preseason that a Titans game has been rescheduled due to weather. The Titans' game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on August 19 was moved from Nashville to Orlando due to Hurricane Harvey. The Titans are 1-1 in the preseason, while the Texans are 0-2.
